"Really helpful for daily routines"
I got these visual supports for my son, and they’ve been really helpful with our routines and talking through feelings. They’re simple, easy to use, and not so busy that he gets overwhelmed. A couple of the visuals aren’t exactly how I would’ve pictured them, but it’s a small thing and hasn’t been a problem for us at all. Overall, they actually make sense and we’ve been using them a lot.
"Checkout was just easy enough"
I ordered a couple things from Social Thinking and the checkout was smooth overall. The pages loaded fine, and I liked that the shipping cost showed up before I had to pay. It did take me a minute to find where to add a discount code, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Just a good experience overall, and I’d use it again
"I was able to find what I needed..."
I was able to find what I needed really quickly without any hassle. The site is simple to get around, and I definitely approve.

"The resources just weren’t a good fit for me"
There were a few helpful bits here and there, but most of the resources didn’t really match what I needed. When I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned apologies instead of someone actually understanding the issue, which was frustrating

"Digital access was a bit of a hassle"
Bought a digital item getting into it was more frustrating than expected. Login links were kind of confusing, and support took a while to get back to me. Was fine once I finally got in, but the whole access part could’ve been smoother.

"Pretty easy, though not perfect"
I got into my account without any issues, which was nice. Finding my stuff was straightforward too. The account page looked clear enough, although I also felt like it could be a little more organized in some spots. Everything loaded fine for me, so overall it was easy to use, even if I’m not totally sure I loved the layout...
"Really helpful webinar"
I’m glad I trusted my instinct and signed up for this webinar. It was really clear, easy to follow, and actually useful without feeling overwhelming.
"Helpful online course and easy to follow"
I thought this online course was really helpful. The lessons were simple to follow, and I did not feel lost while going through it.

"The site has some genuinely useful stuff, and..."
The site has some genuinely useful stuff, and I liked that a lot of it seemed research-backed. It felt helpful for social learning overall. That said, after I paid, I started feeling a bit distrustful because things didn’t feel as clear or reassuring as they did before checkout. Still useful, but I’d recommend paying attention to the details before you commit.

"I use Social Thinking ideas with..."
I use Social Thinking ideas with my small groups at school, they’ve been really helpful. The lessons give me simple ways to talk about expected behavior, flexible thinking, and reading the room without making the kids feel awkward about it. Some of the pages are a little too wordy, and if that got worse I’d probably start looking for something easier to use, but for now the strategies are practical and the kids actually remember them.

"I was kind of second-guessing myself after ordering..."
I was kind of second-guessing myself after ordering, but the product details were pretty much exactly right. What showed up matched the description, and there weren’t any weird surprises.

"I did like some of the ideas..."
I did like some of the ideas here, I really did, but actually using them day to day was harder than I expected. There’s a lot on the site to dig through, and sometimes I just didn’t know where to begin. A few of the materials felt like they needed more training or guidance before we could use them properly. It’s not useless at all, not useless, but during busy weeks it ended up feeling like more work than we had time for

"Helpful for planning out my group"
I used the scope and sequence while planning lessons for my social skills group, mostly during my prep time when I had way too many tabs open and a half-finished coffee next to me. It really helped me see what should come next instead of bouncing around from topic to topic. The site was easy enough to follow too, which I appreciated because I don’t always have a ton of extra time to figure things out. Overall, it’s been really helpful for our team...

"Super handy for sessions"
I use their materials in clinic every week, and the kids actually get it. Simple, useful, no fluff.

"Helpful overall, but go with your gut"
I found the resources useful overall. A few pages took some digging to find, so I kind of had to trust my instinct and click around a bit, but once I got where I needed to go, the information was helpful.

"Refund was a little slower than expected"
My return was accepted without any trouble, but the refund took a bit longer than I was hoping. Support did get back to me and was helpful enough, just not as quick as some other places I’ve dealt with. Overall, it was an okay experience, not the fastest, but not the worst either.

"A Respectful Resource That Actually Helped Us"
I first came across Social Thinking when I was trying to find something that could help my child talk through those awkward, tricky social moments without making them feel like there was something wrong with them. I remember feeling relieved quickly, because the materials didn’t come across like they were trying to “fix” neurodivergent kids.
Instead, it felt more like they were giving us useful language and a way to better understand what’s happening between people. Not every single thing was a perfect fit for my child, but enough of it was helpful that we kept coming back to it. Overall, it felt respectful, practical, and genuinely useful for our family...

"Good books, though maybe a little pricey"
I ordered a couple of books from Social Thinking after my kid’s therapist recommended them, they’ve been good so far. The pages feel sturdy, the print is clear, and the layout is easy enough to follow without feeling overwhelming. We’ve been using them at home, and they do seem helpful.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the price. Some of the books felt a bit expensive to me, though maybe I’m just being picky because the quality is there and the content is useful. They’ve held up well, so I’d probably buy from them again.

"I’ve found this super useful for..."
I’ve found this super useful for everyday home stuff, especially when I’m trying to figure out how to talk through tricky situations with my kids. To me, it felt less like getting a scripted answer and more like having a little guidance when I wasn’t sure how to word things

"Super helpful in my classroom"
I’ve been using Social Thinking materials with my students almost every week, and they’ve been really useful. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed when planning my social skills groups, and these lessons helped me feel more prepared. They’re clear, easy to follow, and give me good ideas when I’m stuck. It’s made a noticeable difference in how I run those groups...
